Color Me Surprised

David brought me home a thoughtful surprise yesterday evening...

Photobucket

Best. Husband. Ever. I love him. I love the flowers. I love any chance I have to use one of my favorite wedding gifts. Our Kate Spade vase from our dear friends The Hildebrands (Elias's family). Elias's sweet family gave me Kate Spade wine flutes with this same pattern for a college graduation gift. David and I used the flutes for our first toast as Mr. and Mrs. at our reception. Okay so now I love him, the flowers, Kate Spade and The Hildebrands.

I am sure you remember my post Goodbye Love, but just for a recap my husband and I had our cable service disconnected this past week. Really we had be going round and round with them, for literally years, about our poor service, picture and their lack of customer service in general.

And... just when I thought that customer service in this country was falling by the wayside every where, but Nordstom I was proven wrong. Some people hate to be proven wrong, but in instances like this it really makes me happy.

Most larger companies like AT&T, Hallmark etc... have people who scour the internet looking for thing (complaints) like this, and much to my surprise they found me. Anyway, I received a comment on the blog, from ComcastCares1, the same day my Goodbye Love post was published...

I am sorry to learn you discontinued service.

Also, if you decide to come back as a customer, please let me know. I will reach out to my contacts to make sure you get the discount/promos.

Or, if you are now interested in the discount/promos that are currently available, let me know. I will be happy to assist.
