Come to Mama

I have a problem.  It is big.  Some say that the problem can become and addiction.  It comes in all shapes and colors.  You can get it with paper or plastic.  Deals are everywhere you go...

Friends I love clothes (a moment of silence for my husband)!  I love them!  I love to buy them, wear them and I have even been known to covet other people's on occasion.  I like clothes from Target, Banana, Old Navy, Ann Taylor and my oldie, but a goodie, Nordstrom.  I am not partial to any particular color, but I will get whatever catches my eye.  I revel in the memories of the days when my Nordstrom bill would go to M and D (Mom and Dad).  However, since those days are long past.  Now, I have to rely on smaller shopping excursions paid for by yours truly and her husband.  Nonetheless, the trips are fun and the treasures are different every time.

As the weather is changing and I am seemingly not fitting into last years sweaters.  I found this the perfect time to expand my wardrobe.  Enter Old Navy. Thanks to my friend (new BFF) Tara (who works at Gap Kids) and her friends and family discount card I was armed with just what I needed to shop.  Now, Old Navy is not a staple for me.  Rather hit or miss, but this time it was a hit.  I am happy to say that I found some great stuff and some even on clearance (David was happy about the clearance part).  I found this to go under this (the purple one) and these (in a funky green) among other things.  I even went back today to get a few things I missed the first time around (David was not happy about this).  Next week I am going to hit Nordstrom in hopes of snagging either these or these jeans... or maybe both, shhhhhhh.

There is one downside that I have found to having all of these clothes though...

... Laundry! It is the bane of my existence, but a must.  The agenda tonight?  TONS OF LAUNDRY!  Thankfully I have cleaned one (I could only bare one) of my closets of much too small, I should have given to a good home along time ago, clothes.  For that I am proud.  I can just hear my closet now... calling to my new cute finds, come to mama.

Side note: Please don't cry for David.  I brought him home this in the blue and green style... it was the least I could do.
