Back to the land of the living!

Yes, you heard it here first.  I am back up and running.  David and I put our heads together tonight and figured it out.  The case has been cracked.  Now, all systems are a go!  Keep your fingers crossed that it stays that way.  When I called Western Digital(the maker of our external hard drive) I found it to be quite funny that they told me that David and I would have to pay to have all of our information extracted off of this bunk "under warranty" hard drive and have a new one sent to us.  There is something ironic about that to me to pay for your mistake.

We learned a good lesson this week.  Have two hard drives at all time.  So, when one goes out I don't have to have a hissy fit.  ***Note how I say "I".  David was just calm as a cucumber!  He is just amazing like that.  Cool.  Calm... and collective!  Just what the doctor ordered!

I am posting two layouts today since I know you all just love them so much! (Can you hear my sarcasm... Elias!) hahaha.  No, really I have a blast posting them.  I usually just make them and then don't see them agian, especially the wedding ones. ( I will eventually send them off to have some books made.

These pages are from our trip to Disneyland this past March 2008.  Ben and Anna met us out there and we really did have a blast.  I had never been there and it was everything and more that I ever imagined.

I thought that vacation pages were fitting since David and I are trying to figure out our vacations for the year.  I know that I am going to go to Utah (I think that I am the only Mormon that has never been to Utah.  I am going to go see what I am "missing") with my Mom for the LDS Dentists Conference.  I think that David will come too.  I will be visiting my bestest boy (besides David) in Chicago, Elias, sometime late summer.  We are also trying to get our plan for David's birthday!  For those of you who do not know, or can't remember, David is turning 30 this coming January.  He wants to go skiing... so that is what we are going to do.  I have TRIED to talk him into the beach, but he has his mind made up!  Ben, Anna, David and I are going to finalize it all this June and then book the sucker!  I am excited, not for the cold, but because David HEARTS Colorado and snowboarding and I know that he will have a BLAST!  A birthday to remember.  We will see what happens.  We are supposed to go with my family to the Bahamas this summer too... hum.... we will see how much we can squeeze into a year.  Let the games begin.

I just wanted to add today that I have had more than a few questions regarding the polygamist colony that has been in the media this week.  They are not connected to my Church at all! "... this church as nothing whatever to do with those practicing polygamy.  They are not members of this Church.  Most of them have never been members.  They are in violation of the civil law... if any of our members are found to be practicing plural marriage, they are excommunicated, the most serious penalty the Church can impose.", "...they are in violation of the laws of the Church."
-President Gordon B. Hinkley, October 1998 General Conference

Happy Thursday tomorrow because it is really my Friday!  The weekend is almost here!

Yay! I am very excited to hear that the hard drive is alive. My Dr. appointment for the day was cancelled. Oh Well.
