IT'S SETTLED

As some of you may know I was injured in a near fatal (that might be a bit of an exaggeration)  accident back in April while eating at Chipotle.  I know that the page posted above may seem a bit crazy, but that is the basics of the story.  Eating at Chipotle, hammered with a flying umbrella and now four months later it is finally settled.  Months after it began all we have to do is sign on the dotted line tomorrow to be finished.  Boo-ya.  I know you haven't heard that phrase in awhile.  I am thinking about bringing it back.

Tomorrow is our last "work" day this week at the office.  Holla!  I am still going to go in Thursday to take care of insurance claims and stuff.  The best part?  I will not have to worry about... keeping everyone on schedule, trying to explain to patients that just because they waited until one week before school starts doesn't mean I can get them in this week (or next week for that matter) and best of all... I don't have to hear that darn drill for 8 hours straight!  That is something to be happy about.

David and I are going to give the pups a bath.  Can you believe that they are almost to big to wash in the kitchen sink?  For the love... they are just two months.  Kids can fit into the sink for seriously WAY longer than that!  Fun puppy fact:  The rate of puppies growth in one year is the equivalent of how a child grows from birth to age 6.

One fun thing though.  My Nenee sent me an email, she is in North Carolina, telling me that she is not going to go to the Chiefs pre-season game on Saturday.  Rock on!  David and I love football and the Chiefs (even though they have been "rebuilding" for the past 5 seasons) and are PUMPED to cheer them on.  I am going to go to the Kansas Sampler (stop laughing) and get a new t-shirt for this season.  I want to see this little ditty and this sparkler.  I also think that I want some new KSU gear!  Get ready for football people!

Nighty night.

P.S. I hope everyone saw that awesome men's 4 x 100 relay yesterday night!  That win was awesome!  Go U.S.A.  U-S-A.  You will have to find the clip for yourself.  The NBC Olympics website apparently doesn't think that the web browser that macs mainly use needs to be able to access the videos.  I know I could just open my internet explorer, but I am making a point... really I am just lazy.
